What is a UVV inspection for vehicle lifts?
A UVV inspection for lifting platforms/vehicle lifts (Hebebühnen) is a mandatory safety inspection carried out by a qualified expert (e.g. certified inspector, TÜV, DEKRA, etc.). The purpose is to ensure that the lift is safe to operate. The inspection covers, in particular:
