A Hotelfachfrau is a qualified hotel specialist who works in all areas of a hotel’s operations – from reception and guest services, to housekeeping, restaurant and bar service, and the organization of events and functions.
She completes a dual vocational training (Ausbildung) of 3 years, combining theoretical lessons at a vocational school with practical training directly in the hotel.

Good foreign language skills, especially English; additional languages are a major advantage in international hotels
