This risk is considered particularly high in sensitive areas such as the German military, police, critical infrastructure, and government environments.

Even the transfer of location data to external cloud systems is seen as problematic.

For companies engaged in sensitive research, Kramer rated the risk between “medium and high,” especially if vehicles regularly visit research sites or are used by executives.
