Germany: Development Minister Reem Alabali-Radovan Launches “WE-Fair” Alliance for Skilled Workers

In Berlin, Development Minister Reem Alabali-Radovan launched the “WE-Fair” initiative to promote fair, organized, and sustainable employment of foreign skilled workers. Founding partners include the German Trade Union Confederation, the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce, and the Central Association of German Crafts, along with companies such as DHL, Randstad, and Klein. The project aims for a “triple benefit” for Germany, the skilled workers, and their countries of origin.
