Main reasons included missing information, forged documents, or contradictory statements from applicants.
Since 2024, procedures have been unified and digitized, with more staff and faster processing. Identity checks are now conducted digitally.
Authorities warned that submitting forged documents could lead to legal prosecution, including criminal charges.
