Algerian substitute Fares Chaibi inspired Eintracht Frankfurt to a 2-0 victory over SC Freiburg on Sunday in Matchday 24 of the Bundesliga.

• Chaibi scored in the 64th minute, seconds after coming on, following an assist from Nnamdi Collins.

• It was the 23-year-old’s first Bundesliga goal of the season.
