A recent survey by YouGov, commissioned by Swiss Life, found that Generation Z (born 1997–2007) in Germany experiences significantly higher psychological stress compared to older generations.

48% of Gen Z respondents reported “fairly high” or “very high” stress levels in work, university, or vocational training.

Only 20% of Baby Boomers reported similar stress levels.
