Germany: Woman Wins Prize for Longest Receipt

 

A 45-year-old woman from Berlin won the prize for Germany’s longest receipt, measuring 4.34 meters.

She purchased four complete kitchens at an Ikea store in Tegel. Printing the receipt took more than 20 minutes and listed 528 different items.

The purchases were intended to furnish a newly built apartment building.

Thanks to this extraordinary receipt, she won a contest organized by “105.5 Spreeradio” and received a bicycle as a prize.
