German media revealed that the Alternative for Germany (AfD) party held a secret meeting on Rügen Island.
At the meeting, the party announced the creation of a new youth group called “Generation Germany”, replacing the dissolved “Young Alternative,” which had been classified as far-right extremist.
The new organization promotes a nationalist and anti-foreigner agenda, targeting members under the age of 35.
The move sparked controversy in Germany, with warnings that it could become a platform for hate speech and youth radicalization.
