Germany has refused to analyze the black box of the Libyan Falcon 50 jet that crashed near Ankara, killing Libyan Chief of General Staff Mohammed Ali Al-Haddad and his companions.
According to Turkish investigators, Germany explained its refusal by citing a lack of technical capacity to handle this type of aircraft.
Turkey announced that the black box will instead be examined in a neutral country. Meanwhile, Turkish authorities continue their investigation after recovering both flight recorders from the wreckage.
