At a meeting held Friday (November 14) in Berlin, defense ministers from five European NATO countries – Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Italy, and Poland – together with EU foreign affairs representative Kaja Kallas, announced a plan to strengthen cooperation against hybrid threats. These include drone incursions into airspace, cyberattacks, and disinformation campaigns. Ukrainian Defense Minister Denys Shmyhal joined via video link, with support for Ukraine against the Russian invasion topping the agenda.
