Lawyer Iris Scholz is a certified specialist in inheritance law and a certified executor of wills based in Freiburg im Breisgau. Since 1995, she has worked almost exclusively in inheritance law, as well as contract and family law. She advises on drafting wills, joint wills and inheritance agreements, and on compulsory share claims, estate disputes, certificates of inheritance, anticipated succession, precautionary powers of attorney and the execution of wills.
