Lawyer Kerstin Rieger – Certified Specialist in Criminal Law

Lawyer Kerstin Rieger is a certified specialist in criminal law and runs a criminal defence practice in Schweinfurt. She has worked almost exclusively in criminal defence for more than ten years and has held the certified specialist title in criminal law since 2013. Her main areas include general criminal law, homicide and serious criminal offences, narcotics offences, sexual offences, juvenile criminal law, traffic criminal law, medical and physician-related criminal law, and weapons law. She represents clients during investigations, criminal trials, appeals and revisions, as well as in sentence enforcement and prison-related proceedings. She also acts as court-appointed defence counsel, represents private accessory prosecutors, assists witnesses, and handles administrative fine and driving licence proceedings, including MPU matters.
