Lawyer Sami Caki – Certified Specialist in Family Law

Lawyer Sami Caki is a certified specialist in family law and has practised independently in Berlin since 1996. In German and international family law, he advises and represents clients in matters including divorce, marriage agreements, maintenance, child custody, contact rights and matrimonial property issues. His other practice areas include employment law, inheritance law, general civil law and criminal law. In inheritance matters, he assists particularly with wills, compulsory share claims and disputes involving estates. In criminal law, he provides defence in criminal proceedings, including juvenile and traffic-related criminal cases. He also handles medical malpractice matters.
