Lawyer Ali Durmuş

Lawyer Ali Durmuş has been practising independently since 2001 and operates law offices in Bremen and Hamburg. His principal areas of practice include immigration and migration law, particularly naturalisation, residence matters, family reunification and legal issues relating to working in Germany. He also advises and represents clients in criminal law, divorce law, traffic accident law and sales law, especially disputes involving vehicle purchases. His other practice areas include general civil law and claims for damages and compensation for pain and suffering. Before becoming an independent lawyer, he worked as a legal adviser for the Bremen State Commissioner for Foreigners. He studied law and political science at the University of Bremen and has more than 20 years of professional experience. Consultations are available by prior appointment.
